I bring passion to my work. I love the interaction, the creative process, and the joy that comes from connecting with my clients and helping to guide them along their path. I am constantly acquiring new skills, knowledge, and tools to increase my capacity to be of help. Most importantly, my own journey, the deep spiritual and emotional work I have done and continue to do, allow me to be fully present with compassion and insight in my work and in my life.

| At this time in my life I am focusing on assisting in the consciousness evolution that many are undergoing, as we transition into a new world. My own journey on this path began in earnest in 2002 and my personal experience helps me to understand what others are working through.
My training includes life coaching certification from The Empowerment Institute; holistic health counseling certification from The New England School of Whole Health Education; Master Level certification in both Usui and Karuna Reiki; and certification to coach Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster ™.
I hold a bachelor’s degree from Clark University, and a master’s degree from George Washington University.
